Oak Tree Won't Go Away

Two relevant updates from Michael S. Rosenwald at The Washington Post:
Trust me when I say this is not my final word.

I have some very interesting documentation from one source with some relevant connections, and had an extended telephone conversation last night with another person who has some firsthand insights. I will be revisiting this again, pointing at some dots, and doing what I can from my end to connect them.

I keep reading in these articles regarding smart guns that " we should let the market decide" etc from the people pushing this so called innovation . And as I see it , the market ( being gun owners) has loudly declared they don't want or need it . And yet they continue to push these things on us under the guise of "safety" .

Personally , if LE and military won't even consider it , then why would I give up proven tech for LESS safety afforded by this new tech . Amazingly , with hundreds of "old school" firearms being in house and accessible within my extended families homes over the past 50+ years , there has been zero negative incidences involving firearms. And that can be attributed to proper teaching and respect for the tools we have . So why do I "need" to have a tech that just adds more steps to my providing protection to me and my loved ones?
