My understanding is that the reasonable
ness of forcible entry by LEOs is
not a jury question, allowing the
judge to rubber-stamp any such actions

one "supercat" [perhaps on Radley Balko's blog some ago, but I'm not sure where] proposed that this should be
a question for the jury also.
