Is there any doubt that if you handcuffed your kids as a means of discipline, not only would you be subject to "child protective services"-ordered arrest and prosecution for felony child endangerment, but they could throw domestic violence charges at you as well, and make you a double-"prohibited person." Not that I've ever heard of anyone stupid enough to do and defend something thisunwarranted and cowardly, besides Brave Officer School Safety (BOSS) and the nameless Public School Hireling (PSH).
