now, I read about a similar situation;
but forget the details
Even worse, if one remembers the near
escape of Haleigh Poutre from a death
by starvation at the hands of the State
of Massachusetts was forestalled in
part by her assailant's fear of being
charged for murder even though death
would be result from other causes.
Something is really wrong in the
State of Massachusetts and many if
not most others.
