Over the course of this generally routine maintenance, an Iowa City Police Officer accidentally discharged a service weapon which in turn caused non-life threatening injuries to the officer and another officer who was standing nearby. I wonder if he was shot in the ass? Sorry, buttocks, the guy who pulled the trigger is the ass.
Will the day ever come when the "pros" (that's how they see themselves) use the term "negligent" instead of "accidental" or is that too hard on them?
