Actually, this is truly serious. If you have been following the Elonis case before SCOTUS, then you will see the conflict: the statists want the court to rule a true threat is determined by the accuser: "I felt threatened." versus Elonis, who is pushing for specific intent.

A bad ruling could potentially jeopardize many bloggers.
