“I’m hearing from credible sources that Director Jones will be leaving ATF soon, possibly as early as next week, and leaving government as well, to take a private sector job,” Gun Rights Examiner informed ATF’s Public Affairs/Media Relations spokesperson in a Thursday morning telephone conversation inviting a for-the-record comment. “One source mentioned the NFL is bringing him on board as investigative counsel.
