ATF classification compromise to redefine sporting use, ban certain ammo imports

ATF, in conjunction with certain members of Congress and lobbying interests, is working at “tweaking” its definition of the arbitrary “sporting use” term, insider sources tell Gun Rights Examiner. And with that will come a push to expand definitions to allow for further importation bans on certain types of presently legal ammunition. [More]
Today's Gun Rights Examiner exclusive is the culmination of something I've been working on for the past week with insiders who have excellent track records as reliable sources. There is more, but I can't get more specific without unnecessarily compromising some people. Hopefully, this will push others to use their resources to confirm and elaborate.

It will be interesting to see if any attempts are made to suppress Mike.

The ( atf ) properly known as : Puerto Rico Trust Number 62 , was created by administrative agency fiat. The Federal Alcohol Administration was declared un-Constitutional in 1935. This shady 'trust' is the basis for any claimed jurisdiction. The 'agency' among its many names ( see 27 USCA sec.201 ) has very limited jurisdiction . See US v D J Vollmer & Co. ; no jurisdiction on imports after first sale. Search PR Trust # 62. Behold ongoing fraud.
