And with that will come a push to expand definitions to allow for further importation bans on certain types of presently legal ammunition. The ( atf ) properly known as : Puerto Rico Trust Number 62 , was created by administrative agency fiat. The Federal Alcohol Administration was declared un-Constitutional in 1935. This shady 'trust' is the basis for any claimed jurisdiction. The 'agency' among its many names ( see 27 USCA sec.201 ) has very limited jurisdiction .
