No big deal, Garcia is a Democrat, so if he did win, he would quickly learn his place, and toe the party line....per the State, or Federal level DNC...
It would only be worth noting if he was running on a Republican ticket.

Even Hispanics can find that firearms are useful tools. It's a mistake to put them in one's list of enemies. Politicians on the other hand...
