Family members identified the victims to 11 News as Jennifer Jeffrey and Kester "Tony" Browne. Relatives said Jeffrey just got married a month ago to her husband, who is currently serving a 20-year prison term on felony assault and gun charges.Well I'll be darned-- "a gun in the home" can endanger women and children -- as long as they're part of a violent criminal subculture!
