David, rest of the story is even better.
The guy the cops were looking for hadn't lived there since February, despite the cop claiming he had been there within 72 hours (per an "informant"). The cops had his actual address on file. They "searched" a nude woman.
Bonus points: The suspect was already in custody. He had been in jail for two weeks. Remember that "72 hours" claim?
