“Are you some kind of a constitutionalist crazy guy, or something like that?” [More]Crazy, man.
Yeah, I feel just great knowing the "authorities" are demanding even more power to use mental health justifications for additional citizen disarmament, especially seeing in their minds, the same criteria for suspicion of domestic terrorism apply.
And I love Mayor and Manager Weaselword having to "verify that appropriate protocols were followed."
Pulling a gun on a citizen is not an appropriate protocol. Still having a gun in hand while turning your back to the person it was pulled on is not appropriate protocol. If these two think it is, they're as crazy as their badged bully boy, who [SURPRISE!] is referred to in the CBS News story as "the unnamed officer," and who was only scared away because he realized being recorded involves personal consequences.

Forget it, Jake, it's California.
In reality, both the cop and the citizen were acting like idiots.
Idiots like this citizen are the ones that screw it up for the rest of us law abiding firearm owners. I carry every day and have for 50 plus years. Being an a$$ and baiting an officer just gets more bad publicity which brings out the anti constitutional activities on the part of jerks like obama, feinstein, schumer etc and the rest of the anti American village idiots. Someone needs to sit this idiot down and explain life but I fear he is too "educationally challenged" for such a conversation.
You forgot the sarcasm indicator.
