Believe it or not, 10 or 11 proposed new gun laws is an improvement. Two or three years ago the number was 13, I think. And Moonbeam didn't sign them all (knowing they'd be back, and he could sign them then- that way he could look 'reasonable').

Have I mentioned lately that California sucks?
