Leave it to an Opposite Day "progressive" to redefine "good citizens" to be brainwashed useful idiots and "entitlement" addicts.

NJ will never be a 'shall issue', let alone a 'constitutional carry' state. Those few who realize the nature of tyranny have no chance of redress in the peoples' paradise and in fact have not had a chance since the early/mid 60's when the insanity of today's gun regs were birthed. Why any remain within NJ's borders is beyond me; permits for every pistol, cannot handle a weapon in a gun shop unless already holding a FOID lest you be charged w/unlawful possession, a real paradise for the liberty minded.
Given that the Second Amendment states that "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed", reaffirmed by recent SCOTUS decisions, then New Jersey (and several other states) blatantly infringes on that civil right. New Jersey needs to look to Vermont for how not to violate the civil rights of those in New Jersey, residents and non-residents, yet still have a relatively low crime rate and a perception of safety.
Do you need a permit from any state before you speak politically, exercise your freedom of religion or any other of your civil rights?
