For the Karl Marx award, I hereby nominate FBI Special Agent in Charge Greg Bretzing of Portland, Oregon, whose tactics and troops masterfully apprehended and neutralized LaVoy Finicum, a pocket Constitution-wielding fugitive for whom no warrant had been issued.
