But, this really doesn't look like any of her doing.
It's her bodyguards who violate laws left and right.
The question is, can you charge them with illegal non-emergency use of their emergency vehicle lights, or does that simply fall under their broad powers to make life as safe as possible for Queen Nancy? Obviously, the local chief in this story does not want to start a pissing match with fed thugs, but does he even have the power to do so?
