So Come on Down to Quisling Guns in Everytown

Midstate Gun in Providence is A-OK with its spokeskapos disparaging right to keep and bear arms advocates and even wanting to vote three times for Obama. They're evidently convinced Polyphemus will eat them last or something, or maybe not at all if they keep pleasing him. [More]

You can read more from a "journalist" who's pleased he didn't have to deal with "stereotypes" and "NRA extremists."

That must be why he's seemingly unconcerned that Midstate provides the same guns as other stores that don't share "progressive" ideologies. Looking through their website, what comes to mind is wondering if any of the arms and ammunition manufacturers who supply them would care to take the Ronnie Barrett approach and cease product shipments.

It would appear any Rhode Island gun owner who patronizes Midstate is giving aid and comfort that those who actually support their interests could put to better use.

Not that the RI Gun Prags want to hear any of that.  If that's the extent of leadership and rights advocacy, no wonder the state is such a mess.

Come on, Dave, YOU know Rhode Island — are you really surprised? Whenever Massachusetts sneezes, Rhods Island catches cold. Rhode Island is the hinterlands duchy they assign to the care of whatever younger Kennedy doesn’t have the IQ to run with the big dogs on Beacon Hill. When Bartley-Fox signs went up on the interstates at the borders of the Codfish Curtain, matching signs went up on Rhode Island highways like coordinated draperies. Rhods Islanders don’t have to think for themselves, because they have a government to do it for them; and whether or not it’s the government of their own state or someone else’s doesn’t seem to matter much to them.
