In late August 2006, Portland police assigned a child abuse detective to investigate the anonymous complaints that Marshman had thrown his stepson into a wall, causing injuries in an encounter four years earlier. The allegation claimed that Marshman also grabbed his stepson, then 16, around the neck until he couldn't breathe. [More]We all know why the last guy left, right?
Hey, it's not like Lautenberg or any other laws apply to connected police officials or anything. And since that's the case, who needs the allegation letter, especially since we were unable to ID who sent it for intimidation and harassment...?
