Local paper this week announced local Rotary club raffling off a rifle. Came back here to research. Noticed link is dead. Was wondering if that meant Rotary had reconsidered. Did a web search on the topic, but could only find reports of the original ban, and an official copy of the Rotary rules that still had the restriction.
