Because making sure police officers make it home safe each day is of utmost importance.
This is un frackin' believable, in Tx no less. Why not teach the only ones how to properly interact with their employers ??
The Tx lege may kiss my ass in Macy's window. And yes I'm in Tx, and no, my damn reps won't take my calls.
