Now that the zoo has been declared a "gated amusement park/educational institution" and off limits for concealed carry,I'm sure Mayor Lyda will have lots of time to get to the bottom of this.

In my city, probably state too. Overtime is used o increase your retirement payout. Retirement is based on the average of the last three years of your employment. Soaking up overtime those last 3 yrs can double your retirement monthly check.
