Does the LEO who just lost his job for arresting the nurse have a second job as an advisor to this school district? Seems like a good fit.
Wouldn't the blood test results be covered by HIPAA? Get the test and tell the district it's protected health data.
"and it was really to protect everybody." That's quite a leap...a very large leap...for someone to rationalize an absurd and incredibly intrusive process. Any parent who signed that permission document is a lemming.
