It’s not dead yet…
All these quotes from local politicians with grand plans and ambitions sound just like Ayn Rand heroes. The difference is that Rand’s heroes did it at personal risk with their own money, not yours; and if they planned badly, overreached, and failed, they didn’t just stroll away from the wreckage with a public pension and a new government job.
