that "issue is part of AZ Gov Ducey's "School Safety Plan". The current pending legislation would make it the Courts responsibility to report names to NICS within an "immediate" time frame (48 hour I think is what it said). Which is inside your window to file an appeal.
All this rushing to report to NICS with claims that "due process" has not or will not be violated is useless because the Feds are not clearing NICS info for those listed improperly. As I understand it they are not even looking at individual appeals to be removed from NICS and the applications are piling up.
