One of the unintended consequences of banning the free shopping bags. What do they think they were doing with their shit before? Those political idiots will never admit this is their fault for trying to be "green". Those thin film bags were made from natural gas, it seems, not from oil. We have a surplus of that, which was traditionally burned at the wellhead for lack of use, and may still be done to some extent.
