I always wondered who enFORCED a SCOTUS decision. Where is the downside to Colorado telling SCOTUS to stuff their opinion where the sun doesn't shine?
That would be the AG and the DOJ: “Sleepy” Sessions and the Clinton Clown Car.
Nothing promises good government more than writing a document that strictly limits government, then leaving its “complicated interpretation” in the hands of government.
