I haven't seen the alleged loan application, but the confirmation came from Intelius, for Ghu's sake. According to Intelius I worked for the FBI.
Intelius is a webcrawler and simply finds stuff where the name and organization come up together. I've written a lot of criticism of the FBI, so Intelius makes the association. It also thinks I worked for SpamArrest because many years ago, I made the news for criticizing them.
