As has been said, the Bill of Rights is not a Chinese buffet from which you can pick the parts you like and leave the rest. It's all or nothing. If you advocate against any part of it, you advocate against all of it...
... including the parts that keep you out of jail for spewing what many would consider seditious ideas on the Internet.
