It’s the same rules for everybody. [More]Not really. We can be prosecuted for defending our lives with a gun if we're in the wrong place. Plus if the cops are lying and withholding evidence, chances are it will be done against us instead of for us.
And don't get me started on if the attacker you're defending yourself against is an "Only One"...
