The Panderer-in-Chief

I find his white male-privileged presumption an insensitive and unacceptable microaggression against non-binaries.

Does he know how many times the word "Man" is mentioned in the Constitution?

Zero.

However, the original (unamended) Constitution uses the word "Person" or its direct plural "Persons" a whopping 22 times, and the word "People" twice.

The various amendments add another 21 uses of "Person" or "Persons", and six more of "People", but still no "Man" or "Woman".

I will grant that the 14th Amendment mentions "male inhabitants ... being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States" a few times, but that is a measure for voters, by context and by statement ("the right to vote in any election"). HOWEVER, I will also note, that was changed in 1920 by the 19th Amendment (recognizing women's right to vote) and in 1971 by the 26th Amendment (recognizing 18-20 year olds' right to vote).

So the "Woman" issue has been dead as a matter of law for nearly a century. But I don't expect Swalwell will admit that.

The 19th Anendment was a serious mistake. As Ann Coulter has stated, 65% of women who vote, vote socialist and therefore should not have been granted access to the voting booth.
