Does that even exist outside of the expired Project Exile experiment in Richmond, VA of the late 1990's?

ALL gun control laws are unconstitutional. There is ONLY ONE Constitutional gun law. That is the 2nd Amendment. Any person who is a U.S. citizen who says anything against the Constitution, including the 2nd Amendment, is a FRAUD. These politicians should be held accountable for their reckless disregard for the Constitution any time they try to legislate infringement upon our rights. They are rights. It's not called the Bill of Privileges. It's the Bill of Rights. Don't let yourselves be led astray.
