You can make a puppet say absolutely anything you can imagine, as long as you find the right hand to stick up its rump.
Seems to me the psycopath(s) is/are the communists who continue to reelect and support seditious scum such as Gillibrand. The disease is not the elected scoundrel. Rather, the disease are those who continually keep professional politicians in power.
