He received elitist privilege with the phone call! He did not get to experience the shock and awe of doors being broken down, windows smashed in, flash-bang grenades tossed casually about and getting shot and likely killed as most innocents who go through this do.
No, my bad, the 2nd link was supposed to go to all the previous posts here mentioning his name. I'd like to blame the machine because sometimes I hit "copy" and it keeps what was copied before that in memory, but it's my fault for hurrying and making sure it doesn't do that.
