If convicted, of MISDEMEANOR Domestic Violence, he will NEVER be able legally to possess firearms, ever again.

I'm sure Mr. Hacker, as a former Police Officer, was VERY MUCH in favor of the Lautenberg Amendment, right? I mean who wants wife beaters to have guns? Right?
