Anybody else think CeaseFire, CDC and Johns Hopkins have definitively proven correlation and causation, and one that will be longterm...?

This report is incomprehensible. It seems to imply that the mayor will be looking into mandating police body cameras (for a painful sum of money), but no actual details beyond that. Body cameras actually may well reduce the amount of crime in the city.
