It would be interesting how it would work in Arizona. If they post a "no firearms" sign that would also legally prohibit off duty LEO's. If they do not post a sign and just notify members, then it would not prohibit visitors from carrying.

Amazingly, carrying in a church IS NOT PROHIBITED in the Peoples Socialist Republic of Kommiecticut, where just about every aspect of firearms is regulated or unlawful. I went to a Sunday Service this past weekend (and it wasn't a funeral/wedding/baptism/etc. LOL!). I was seated in the back near the door, carrying my compact 9mm and a spare mag. Many of the attendees of the congregation are fellow bikers, so I can only assume there were others (including the Pastor) that were armed. Since there is no "Gun Free Death Zone" sign at the door, I am pretty sure there will never be much trouble there anyway. on The Final Solution

As a religious group who made the mistake of surrendering their guns once previously and were nearly exterminated by their own government, you would think they ould have the sense to learn from their own history.
