See, everything is"law-abiding" as long as you ignore "the Supreme Law of the Land," with no delegated powers that override the Preamble mandates.

This is the kind of tyrannical "Form of Government" the Founders would have taken up arms against "to alter or to abolish."

George Washington was a criminal.
Adolf Hitler was not.
G.W. engaged in armed rebellion against the legitimate civil authority, the crime of Treason.
Herr Schicklgruber was legally elected to the office of Reichskantzler and changed the law before he acted. Therefore, all he and his subordinates did was legal. Just ask Roland Freisler.
"Law" and "Justice" have nothing to do with each other. To claim otherwise is fraud.

I don’t know anything about the Pacific Legal Foundation, but the Institute for Justice, which specializes in defending the economic rights of citizens and businesses, litigates many cases like this every year, also gratis, and has a satisfyingly high rate of stopping such practices and having them declared illegal.
