This is one weird video. Except for the unnecessary roughness when he throws her to the floor, the cop could be doing a takedown demonstration by request as a class exercise. The victim does not struggle, kick, or even move her legs or head, despite her legs being completely unrestrained. The other two people in the room stand calmly by and watch, no obvious agitation, no arm-waving, as one would do when protesting loudly. One guy even turns back to the desk calmly to take care of some other business. This just doesn’t look authentic.
