Victim's gun, used daily for home defense, loaned to LE for trial day.
Still doesn't excuse giving it to the cops loaded, the cops accepting it loaded, people in the court handling it loaded, some badged ninny tossing it on the floor...
Reminds me of a particular episode of Major Crimes.
