The idiot ran from the police in a stolen car that the police hadn't had a chance to check for evidence of other crimes [e.g. murder, kidnapping etc] With the Saint Louis policy of "restorative justice" (i.e. don't prosecute the "Brothers") , there should have been no fear for arrest with a stolen car [he didn't mean nuthin', they all do it.] UNLESS there was something "nasty" in the car.
"Running" just ups the odds and the police are going to get "enthusiastic".
And so they should. Acting "stupid" is what gets idiots shot.
That thief gets no sympathy from this quarter.
