Armed citizens in Texas finally solved a problem that anti-rights tyrants in the NJ government were content just to kick down the road over and over.
I intentionally avoid even driving through New Jersey. For a legal gun owner, it’s like crossing the Berlin Wall.
An Oklahoma judged ruled him mentally incompetent and committed him in 2012. But I'm guessing that was never reported to NICS.
Nothing like prior restraint that doesn't "work" anyway.
