Deplatformed: How Big Tech Companies & Corporate America Subvert the Second Amendment [More]In addition to the content neutral/ editorial platform argument, there's one other I've so far seen no one offer up for discussion but me, including from anyone with legal qualifications: Right of way easements effectively seizing private property involve government partnerships, which would seem to me to fall under First Amendment protections, and any authorizations allowing for censorship could fall under established Deprivation of Rights law.
