California has gone through multiple revisions of their own peculiar definition of "assault weapon." There's no reason to believe they've finally placed the goal posts where they would be happy with them going forward.

I have no reason to believe the definitions of "ghost gun" or "ghost gun kit" will be any different.

Just as a "for instance", how many machine operations does it take before a block of aluminum becomes a "ghost gun"?
