There's Compliance and There's Compliance

Received via email:
They're outdoor ranges. "Open outdoor recreation areas" are allowed. They can't stagger the stations?

If I were a member, I'd be asking some questions.

My club, Bench Rest Rifle Club, is open. We're cleaning multiple times a day and are practicing Social Distancing. We have eight outdoor ranges.

Good grief, HPW can anyone "catch" this silly virus when in a wide open outdoor setting such as a range? Conveinience stores, Home Depot, Post Offic,e are all open.,.. and it is near impissible to enter any of those places withuot breating someone else's "used air". They are all closed indoor spaces. The whole six foot rule is so stupid... reality is the danger zone is 7 to 9 feet.... "aerosol" contaminates are spreadable within that range.
Getting OUTSIDE in open fresh air, sunshine with UV and lots of OXYGEN is the surest way ti KILL airborne micropathogens.

I'd be getting up in the mugs of the "leaadership" of that range and talking some sense into them. Sure, don't go holding organised competitions with dozens of shooters in lines three feet apart. But onesey twosey shooters? What about my nieghbour who finally gathered the nerve to go buy her first handgun and is still afraid to take it out of the box, let alone put a live round into the chamber? Is SHE to be turned loose into society in THAT condition? It would seem that is the preferred practice in these insane times.

JUst realised this is closer to home than I had thought.

Governor Jay Inslee, tyrant of Wasington State, has excluded gun stores, ranges, etc, from the list of "essential services". With UNiversal Background Checks in force thanks to Mikey Bloomburg a few years back, no one in Washingon can transfer any firearm int or out of our possession (not even to mention ownership).

Been in touch with 2AF, in light of their recent smashing successes in Nwe Jersey and I think it was Maryland. Time to sue da guv and get our gun stores, dealers, ranges, back open. WHY are the ranges being closed? OUtside, plenty of space, sunchine, fresh air.. and have not the liberal nutjubs been wailing and moaning about how DAYNJRUS it be for a new gun owner to be foisted upon society with NO "training"? Well where ya gonna GIT dis heah now TRAY nin ifn't the gun ranges are sut down?

But then logix was never a prerequisite to become a tyrannical pawl a TISH in.
