Illegal Alien Murdered Texas Police Officer, Shot Two Others [More]
It says he's been here since the 90s-- I wonder if those who employed him could be sued on grounds that they knew he was illegal and enabled his continued lawbreaking, maybe citing a bit of recent Supreme Court precedent...?

I don't think that would make it ex post facto since enabling criminal activity has always been illegal, but I'm not a lawyer, so who knows? This may be a new approach for specific situations...

Given the body armor and the otherwise-inexplicable post-incident suicide, I feel confident that his employers are neither domestic nor reachable.
