Goines & pals watched too many episodes of 'The Shield'. Oddly enough he is the only one charged with murder in the Tuttle killings. And no mention of the judges who simply rubber stamped the warrants, not a whisper about judicial responsibility.
Every case this puke and his pals touched is ripe for dismissal. Unfortunately, at some point CoH taxpayers will be compensating the wrongly convicted while Goines spends his time working out in the jailhouse gym. (death would be more in line but professional courtesy will trump justice if he is even convicted)
