It doesn't strike Talib Visram that you might not want to give guns exclusively to people suffering from multiple crippling phobias? And these "studies" show the preponderance of people being shot by police actually own their guns, in both the moral and legal sense of the term?

Bottom line: The "authorities" should be the "Only Ones" armed and our problems will go away.
