'Sue and Settle' is nothing new. It was used a lot during Obama's reign, when his appointees infested all of the land management and wildlife agencies. These apparatchiks, many of whom came from enviro organizations before being appointed, would settle suits brought by other enviro organizations. Mainstream media treated these settlements like they were completely above board when in reality they're just another Leftist scam.
