Even in the listed "two-party" states, there are still many exceptions for public officials, public locations, and circumstances where it is already known that recording is taking place (e.g., if he has a dashcam or bodycam, you're golden). Massachusetts in particular remains a hardass state that insists on violating as many of your rights to self-protection as it can, including this one, so just don't drive there.
