My exhaustive research reveals that the SLO city manager who hired the job-jumping former chief has also jumped jobs, to Santa Monica. And while the chief's pay increased by $22,000, the former city manager's pay increased $60,000.

It's good to be a preferred demographic in Democrat run cities in California, where failure is success.
